Once an interview is arranged, Angela Burns Recruitment will maintain contact with the candidate; ensuring salary expectations are realistic; handling post interview negotiations e.g., offers and a start date. Angela Burns Recruitment will ensure contact continues during the notice period phase when candidates are often offered by current employers. Consultants are experienced in handling difficult counteroffers and have a high success in overcoming objections.
