Part Time Recruitment Consultant

Angela Burns Recruitment is in search of a qualified recruitment consultant to join her working from home.   Angela Burns Recruitment started 2 years ago specialising  purely in Manufacturing.  The business is now ready to take on another Consultant.  The aim is the grow another desk and move in to offices within the next 12 months.  I am looking for someone to focus on taking the business to the next level.  The ideal person would start part time and as the desk grows so would the hours of work.  This is a great opportunity, allot of hard work and hopefully allot of fun in the process. 

Looking for this person to commence work in June 2012.

Responsibilities:

·        Identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships and managing a client database

·        Developing a network of candidates and managing their aspirations and career search

·        Managing your clients and candidates recruitment process from initial interview to offer stage

·        Focussing on the importance of service delivery and client relationship management 

Requirements

·        Must have previous recruitment experience ideally within the Manufacturing industry

·        Must have strong  Permanent consultant skills

·        Proven record of billing approximately  8-10k per month

·        Strong Sales experience, networking and client development abilities

·        A passionate desire to succeed.
